Day 1
Fly to Delhi
Your adventure begins as you board your flight to Delhi, the heart of India. Upon arrival, our friendly guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel, where you can unwind. In the evening, we gather for a warm welcome dinner. This is your chance to meet your fellow riders and learn more about the thrilling days ahead.
Day 2
Transfer to Leh by Coach
The journey takes a dramatic turn as you fly to Leh, a city nestled at an altitude of 3,500 meters. Our representative will meet you and take you to your hotel. Today is all about acclimatizing—take it slow, hydrate well, and rest up. In the evening, we’ll have an orientation session to prepare you for the adventures that await, followed by a delightful dinner.
Day 3
Exploring Leh and Its Surroundings
Today, you get to explore Leh at your own pace. Wander through the vibrant local markets, visit ancient monasteries, and take in the rich cultural heritage of this unique city. If you prefer a quieter day, rest and allow your body to fully adjust to the altitude. We suggest visiting Shanti Stupa for a breathtaking sunset view, or indulging in local flavors like momos and Ladakhi butter tea.
Day 4
Leh - Khardung La - Nubra Valley
Get ready for a ride like no other as we ascend to Khardung La, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Feel the thrill of riding at 18,000 feet with only 50% oxygen in the air, and capture the stunning views of the valley below. After a brief stop at Diskit Monastery, home to the magnificent Maitreya Buddha statue, we continue to the mystical Nubra Valley, where double-humped camels roam the dunes.
Day 5
Nubra - Shyok - Pangong Lake
Brace yourself for a challenging ride along the Shyok River, which translates to “The River of Death.” This route will test your skills as you navigate through mountain terrains, sandy paths, and glacial streams. The day’s journey ends at the iconic Pangong Lake, where you can relax by the shore and soak in the serene beauty of this otherworldly landscape.
Day 6
Pangong Tso - Rezang La - Hanle
Today’s ride is the most adventurous yet, taking you along the remote and rugged paths of the Changthang Plateau. As you approach the Chinese border, the roads become more challenging, but the rewards are immense—breathtaking views, a sense of isolation, and a profound connection with nature. The day ends in Hanle, one of the most secluded villages in India, where you’ll enjoy the hospitality of a local homestay.
Day 7
Hanle - Umling La - Hanle
This day is reserved for an epic ascent to Umling La, the highest motorable road in the world. The journey is tough, with steep climbs and treacherous paths, but reaching the summit at 5,880 meters is an achievement like no other. As you stand at the top of the world, take a moment to savor the triumph before heading back to Hanle for a well-deserved rest.
Day 8
Hanle – Leh
The final leg of our journey through the Changthang region takes us back to Leh. Along the way, you’ll witness the stark beauty of barren landscapes, spot wild Kiangs, and enjoy the hospitality of the Indian Army at Chumathang’s hot springs. The road to Leh is smooth and scenic, a perfect end to our riding adventure.
Day 9
Departure from Leh
It’s time to say goodbye to the enchanting Himalayas. After breakfast, you’ll be transferred back to Delhi, bringing your incredible journey to a close.
Day 10
Departure from Delhi
As you fly home, carry with you the memories of this epic adventure, stories to share with loved ones, and the thrill of having conquered some of the world’s most challenging roads. Until we ride together again on another extraordinary adventure.

Sturdy motorcycles such as Royal Enfield Himalayan, Classic 500/350, or similar adventure bikes are ideal for handling the rugged terrain, steep passes, and changing weather conditions.
4. Is this trip suitable for beginners? Due to the high altitude and challenging terrain, this tour is best suited for riders with prior experience on long-distance or mountain rides. However, experienced pillion riders can also join.
Leh is at an altitude of 11,500 ft, and spots like Umling La reach over 19,000 ft. Day 1 is a rest and acclimatization day to help adjust. Drinking water, avoiding alcohol, and following a slow pace help manage AMS. Oxygen cylinders and first-aid support are usually part of the backup plan.
You’ll stay in a mix of hotels, guesthouses, and camps depending on the location. Hanle and Pangong typically offer basic but comfortable homestays or tents with essential amenities.
In Leh and Nubra, BSNL and Jio postpaid connections generally work. Remote areas like Hanle and Umling La may have no connectivity, so inform family beforehand and carry offline maps.
